Forgot Password/Username

If you have forgotten your password/username, you can reset it from the Login screen of the desktop client as follows:

1. Launch the client on your computer.
2. Click the Retrieve A Lost Account at the Login screen.  
3. A window will pop up asking you for your email address.  Type your email address and an email with a link to reset your password will be sent to you shortly.
