Submit Document Discrepancy

Report document discrepancy issue if the document displayed in Documents tab has metadata errors, missing some pages, and/or with issues in some pages. To submit a document discrepancy issue:

1. Click on the document in Documents tab to display its content in Document Viewer.
2. Click on the viewer menu and select Submit Document Discrepancy.
3. Fill the details of the discrepancy issue in the discrepancy popup (discrepancy type and brief description) and click Submit.
4. The document is displayed in Documents tab with an orange Discrepancy tag to indicate that the document has a discrepancy issue to be resolved by Admins or Editors. This tag is displayed if in Document Tree Settings in Settings menu you enable showing tags by marking the option Show Tags.
