Grant a user a limited time access to another user account for technical support purposes:
- Go to S-Button menu and select Administration > User Accounts.
- User Management dialogue box pops up where you select the user (whose account will be granted access) and click Edit User.
- Edit SureClinical User dialogue box pops up, navigate to Support Login tab
- To grant access select a user from the list, modify the expiration date (the date beyond which the granted user will not be able to login as the current user), and click Create.
- The details for all users granted access to the currently displayed user account are displayed in a list. You can revoke the granted access by clicking the button Revoke.
