Remove User from Workflow Process

Remove user from running or not started workflow process as follows:

1. Navigate to Workflow tab, right click on the process and select Remove User.
2. If the workflow process is not started, the workflow wizard is displayed and populated with the details of the workflow process. Remove user from the appropriate wizard step and click Finish.
3. For running workflow processes, the Remove User from Workflow Process dialog pops up with all users (who have not yet performed their assigned tasks) in the workflow process. Select the user you wish to remove and click Save. Removed user will be notified via email.
